Q: How Do I Change My Bill Plan?
A: Contact your agent or reach out to our billing support team.
Q: I want to pay more than the current amount due?
A: You are welcome to remit any amount by check – or contact our billing support team. Payments made through the customer portal will match the outstanding current amount due based upon your bill plan.
Q: I received a cancellation notice in the mail, which shows a reinstatement fee, but I don’t see that amount in the portal?
A: If you are in cancellation – the reinstatement fee will not apply until the reinstatement is processed. We recommend you reach out to your agent or our billing support team, to bring your account current.
Q: What does “Paperless” mean to me?
A: When you enroll in paperless, you will be notified via email that policy transaction documents (policy issuance or renewal, endorsements, etc.) are available to you in the Customer Portal, rather than receiving them by mail. Statement billing activity, legal notices required by law, cancellation activity and any special notifications or correspondence from the Company will still be sent via USPS as required.
